‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ episode 4 preview: Is someone getting medically evacuated from the game?
We’ve heard time and time again that “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” is the most physically challenging season of the show so far, and moving into the next new episode, we could start to really see that take its toll. There will be many injuries, dehydration, and at the end of it, someone’s going to be evacuated from the game.
During the preview for next week’s installment, Jeff Probst did his Arnold Schwarzenegger – “bring me a chopper” as he had to handle an emergency situation in the game. Obviously, it’s fair to assume that whoever gets evacuated is okay, but they may be automatically eliminated from the season as a result. On paper, this definitely looks like one of the scarier moments we’ve seen on the show. (It may have a hard time topping what happened to Russell Swan in Samoa.)
As for if we can determine from the promo who’s in danger, we really can’t. After all, there are too many ways that the show could edit this where there will be almost constant uncertainty. Just remember how they edited together the promo for last season that ended up leading to Joe’s injury. It was easy to suspect pretty much everyone as the person getting injured back then.
Unfortunately, the promo didn’t really give us much else to talk about, though we can assume here that there will be a tribe swap coming at some point in the future. This injury could make it happen sooner rather than later if the show just wants to hurry things along.

If someone is medically evacuated I would like for them to end it after revealing the tribe swap and then let us wonder about it for a week.

I’d be okay with that — It’s going to be such a weird season since there are so supposedly so many injuries. Structuring all of it could be a nightmare
