‘The Fosters’ season 3, episode 16 video: Callie, AJ bond over … calculus?

This past episode of “The Fosters” was a significant one for the AJ character, mostly because he started to get on the same page yet again with Callie and company after his brother finally started to atone for what happened with the accident.

With that in mind, is it time for the bonding to recommence? The sneak peek below certainly suggests show, as he tries to prove to Callie that calculus may not be as different from art as she thinks. She’s mostly impressed that he knows calculus and understands it in general, given that it is not the sort of thing that many people are able to wrap their heads around.

Does watching this give us any particular suggestion that we’re going to be seeing these two characters together? That is something that, at least for now, we want to pump the brakes on a little bit. After all, to us all this preview really does is show that there is a bond there. We know that there are certainly still some feelings there for Brandon whether or not Callie chooses to admit it, and even though she may have been officially adopted, we find it very hard to imagine that this story is completely done. That’s something we’re just going to have to dive into further as we get a little bit closer to the end of the season. For now, it’s very easy to make some assumptions.
