‘Chicago Med’ episode 10 preview: Take a look ahead at ‘Clarity’

Isn’t it nice to have a little clarity about … “Clarity”? This is the title for the new episode of “Chicago Med” airing in one week’s time, and this is going to be an installment that proves to be key for Dr. Rhodes in particular. Anytime that you see some sort of experimental procedure, it means that there is the potential for great joy … but also great disappointment in the event that things go south.

You can see the full synopsis for this episode below, in the event that you have not seen it already:

“Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Downey (guest star Gregg Henry) make plans to operate on Ray, a 9/11 hero who is suffering from pulmonary fibrosis. A new set of lungs could save his life through an innovative surgical procedure but an unforeseen medical problem arises with Ray that might derail the doctor’s grand plans. Sarah (Rachel DiPillo) contemplates which hospital to select for her residency match while Maggie (Marlyne Barrett) and April (Yaya DaCosta) make their push for her to remain at Chicago Med. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) works to determine the cause of an injured teenage star hockey player with an overbearing father while Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) continue to clash.”

We just hope that by the time we make it to the end of this story we have some answers for Dr. Rhodes, and also potentially that Sarah figures out a way to stick around Chicago Med. Otherwise, we run the risk of losing an important character early in the process.
