‘Celebrity Big Brother’ 17 finale: Scotty T wins over Stephanie Davis, Tiffany Pollard

We come bearing bad news: This wacky season of “Celebrity Big Brother” is at an end.

We’re not entirely sure how we got to this point, either, especially since there was almost zero reason to think that this season would be a good one. Jonathan Cheban quit in the early going, David Gest and Angie Bowie left not too long after that, and we had plenty of no-name celebrities in the house for a very long time. Heck, the final three celebrities in Scotty T, Stephanie Davis, and Darren Day were people we had never heard of before we started seeing the show. Then again, we’re an American, and maybe there is at least a small chance that some point out there would have heard of these people at one time or another.

Scotty was the winner of the season, making him the second “Geordie Shore” cast member to win. Who knew that people famous for partying and being scandalous would do so well on a show famous for partying and being scandalous? David ended up finishing in second place, which of course leaves Day in third.

We do want to give a shout-out here to Tiffany “New York” Pollard, who was certainly entertainment gold for the vast majority of the time in which she was in the house. This season was loud, brash, crazy, and at times offensive, but luckily not as much of the latter in comparison to the Farrah Abraham disaster from last time.
