‘The 100’ season 3, episode 4 preview: Clarke’s discovery and so much more

Clarke -With many shows, you see this familiar pattern of there being a really long buildup early on in the season before something big and super-dramatic happens. However, “The 100” is not one of these said shows. There is going to be something huge and super-dramatic coming your way on The CW next week, and it could mean war between factions and more bloodshed than we even saw tonight. The title, “Watch the Thrones,” is an odd hybrid of “Game of Thrones,” Jay-Z, and Kanye West.

The synopsis below gives you a slight sense of what’s coming, but not anywhere as much as the promo does:

“Clarke (Eliza Taylor) discovers the mastermind behind a devious plan. Kane (Henry Ian Cusack) struggles to keep the peace. Meanwhile, Jasper’s (Devon Bostick) grief drives him to reckless behavior.”

So if things are already this intense, it may be fair to say that they’ll be getting so much closer to bubbling over by the time we make it to the end of this season, and that’s something we look forward to giving a little bit more insight on as time passes. We expect allegiances to shift, new romances to form, old romances to be revived, and a pretty wide array of other developments. It’s a show where very little stays stable, and that is more or less the point.

The one thing that we do hope remains stable for a while, though, are the show’s ratings, which we’re going to be reporting on in a much more in-depth fashion over the course of the days ahead.
