‘Agent Carter’ season 2, episode 3 preview: A look at the rest of the season!

So far through two episodes, “Agent Carter” has set up quite a few interesting stories for itself, in between Peggy’s arrival in Los Angeles and also seeing her start to already dig around for some answers. she’s not someone who will ever be silent or sit in the back seat, and maybe that is something that was underestimated of her. (We’re not sure why; did any of these people catch season 1?)

Following the conclusion of the two-part premiere, what ABC did was rather smart in an effort to keep as many people as possible hooked: They gave an extended look at the rest of the entire season as opposed to just a brief clip showing some of the events that are coming up next week on “Better Angels.” This means that we had a more panoramic view on some of the twists and turns, and then also an opportunity to see some more Peggy disguises! We make fun of the network sometimes for their attempts at marketing some of their shows, in particular something like “How to Get Away with Murder,” which they make so much about shock value that they forget the substance that the show has. They do a pretty good job here at working to make the show appeal to a wide audience. We just wish it showed more in the ratings.
