‘Blue Bloods’ season 6, episode 13 preview: Baez, Frank’s pasts come back in ‘Stomping Ground’

Blue Bloods season 6For the majority of its run, “Blue Bloods” has been at its core a show mostly about the Reagan family. However, it is nice every now and then for someone else to at least get a tiny bit of the spotlight. That will take place on the next new installment entitled “Stomping Grounds,” where we will understand more of Baez’s past through the lens of a new case. We welcome this, especially since it will allow for more opportunities for her and Danny to improve their won dynamic as a team. The more you understand the partner, the better you are when the chips are down.

Take a look at the synopsis below for more details, including the latest crisis for Frank:

“When a well-regarded, newly retired NYPD lieutenant is accused of shooting a group of potential muggers on the subway and then disappears, Frank must deal with the fallout. Also, when a drug dealer returns to Baez’s old neighborhood, she and Danny must figure out how to arrest him for a murder that Baez witnessed as a child.”

We’re going to go ahead and hope that the photo above is of Frank at the end of the episode, mostly because in this he looks relative at ease with his life. Maybe he is okay with everything that has transpired with the aforementioned “fallout,” or if this from earlier in the episode, it may just be the calm before the storm. One way or another, this is an episode and a storyline we hopefully will have further information on in due time.
