‘Chicago Fire’ season 4 spoilers: Many stories coming for Severide in crossover

Ready for some Severide scoop? As it turns out, Taylor Kinney is apparently going to have quite a bit coming up on at least the “Chicago Fire” side of the upcoming crossover with “Chicago Med” and “Chicago PD.”

In a video that was released over on TVLine, there are a couple of interesting tidbits for Kelly that you get a chance to learn.

Tension at Chicago Med – As you may recall, Herrmann was stabbed at the end of the recent / rather-epic crossover with “Chicago PD,” and of course as a result of that we’re going to see someone who is really protective of his friend and colleague and wants him to be okay. Severide’s going to do the classic move of acting as though he knows more about medicine than the doctors do out of concern, and that’s not going to be met with much of a favorable result.

A kiss – There’s a very brief kiss between him and April in this preview. Is this something that will be explored further in the future, just as it was in the past? If nothing else, we certainly think that this is not something we are meant to forget about.

Given that this crossover is going to span a whopping three hours of television over the course of the coming week, there is one thing that you can count on: Plenty of drama, and plenty of surprises. Hopefully, Hermann in particular will make it to the other side without a problem.
