‘Supergirl’ winter finale video: All about Cat Graham’s latest hack

The winter finale of “Supergirl” is airing on Monday night, and based on the sneak peek below, it is looking like this is going to be an especially dramatic affair for none other than Cat Grant. Through the first few episodes, we knew her mostly as the angry CEO of CatCo Media, but since that time the show has tried to do more and more over the course of the past coupled weeks to try to make her a little bit more human. They’ve given her more of a backstory, and also shown that in the right environment she can be somewhat sympathetic.

So what could be happening next to play up that sympathy story further? Like Sony, Cat is going to be the victim of a massive hack that could threaten her privacy in a massive way. Many of her personal emails could be out there for all to see, and she’s worried that in turn, this could cause her almost everything at her job. Nobody deserves to have this sort of thing happen to them, even if she’s not always the nicest to people.

The other thing worth noting with this particular story is that for Cat Grant, this is not a problem that Supergirl can solve for her. She’s going to have to resort to some other means such as her intelligence in order to figure out how to deal with this.
