‘NCIS’ season 13 spoilers: What has Ducky so shaken up?

The biggest bit of sad news that we can offer up any fan of “NCIS” at the moment is that you’re going to have to wait a while to see what transpires next for the Ducky character. While he will be the subject of the next new episode entitled “Spinning Wheel,” this is not going to air until Tuesday, December 15, where it will serve as the last episode of the year.

So why is he so distressed in the attached photo? The simple answer to it is that it ties to him being the victim of an attack to someone who may have been tied to his half-brother so many years ago. This story will allow Adam Campbell to return as the young version of the character following the episode “So It Goes” from last year, and you’ll learn in the process a little bit more of this individual character’s backstory.

To go along with this story, we do know that we are going to see the return of Jamie Bamber as Jake, and that he and Bishop will be having some important conversations about the future of their relationship. Unfortunately, we do not have any other information to share at the moment when it comes to that.

Hopefully over the course of the next week or so, we’re also going to have some sort of promo that previews a little bit more of what is next for the show. There is a lot of mystery out there still, and it’d be nice to get to the bottom of some of it.
