‘Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance’ episode 10 preview: When it rains, it REALLY pours

Keith -

If “Survivor” is showing you a preview of a torrential rainfall in season 31, there’s one thing you should realize: We’re talking about serious stuff here. They would not be doing this unless it is one of the worst storms in the history of the show.

If we were to tap into our own personal “Survivor” memory here to think of some other terribly bad storms, the two seasons that really come to mind are “The Australian Outback” with the flood, and “Samoa” when you had Erik hiding in a tree for two days. Maybe there have been some other really rough seasons here and there, as well, since most of the seasons set in Panama were tough and Guatemala was apparently boiling hot all of the time.

The video below highlights the fact that there are two episodes airing on Wednesday night, and the suffering from the storms may make it such that there is not much time to talk strategy. If anyone makes fun of Stephen or anyone else at this point for crying, you deserve some shade and/or a glare since we’d be right there with him in that situation. You’re cold, you’re hungry, and this takes a huge mental toll on you. He says he’s not quitting, and we don’t think anyone left will because it’s such a bad look to quit when you were voted in by fans.

One last thing that we’ll say for now is that the video thumbnail of Keith below is really great. Also, he’s at least come up with a decent way to talk to the camera while keeping the rain off.
