‘Major Crimes’ season 4, episode 14 preview: Road rage and Rusty’s progress

“Major Crimes” season 4 has had a lot of fascinating cases so far, and to go along with it, some real character and story development. This is something that we do routinely chastise many crime series for, and we are very pleased to say that this seems to not be an issue here.

Next week’s all-new episode is going to continue some of that specifically with Flynn and Rusty. One of them is set to unfortunately face even more huddles on their path to getting better, whereas the other may be getting a little bit of movement in a good direction … at least according to the new synopsis below:

“The Major Crimes team is called to investigate a follow up attack on a victim of road rage, as a business executive and his wife fall prey to a furious driver in a pickup truck. As Thanksgiving approaches, Flynn suffers a setback on his road to recovery. And Rusty finally gets the interview with Slider that he wanted.”

Here’s the unfortunate thing about the promo below: It really does not even bother to give anything away. Why the lack of major teases? The only thing it really tells you about is the road-rage story, which is hard to have too much of an opinion on other than that this is definitely the sort of thing that we could see happening. We just wish the show would do more with some of the character stories in these promos, since that is what makes the show stand out.
