‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ episode 5 preview: Cheyenne Jackson on Will’s story with the Countess

Recently on “American Horror Story: Hotel,” we finally started to get at least some sort of a sense as to what the endgame could be for Lady Gaga’s the Countess: After losing much of her own fortune to Bernie Madoff, she wants to seduce the wealthier Will Drake, who is purchasing the Hotel Cortez, and eventually marry him. It’s an odd plan for sure, but something that could be fun to watch play out over the course of the weeks again.

While we certainly cannot spoil just what is going to happen with these two characters, Cheyenne Jackson makes it very clear to TV Guide prior to Wednesday night’s new episode that this is something that is hopefully going to be explored:

“Well, you’re going to see it American Horror Story-style. We’re on Episode 9 now, so we’ve already shot three or four episodes that definitely deal with that story line and I’ve had to push myself to do things that I’ve never done on camera, emotionally and physically. There’s definitely an episode that my parents will be skipping if I have anything to do with it.”

One other thing that Jackson thinks would be fun to explore? Some of the recent memes out there about the physical similarities between many of the men on the show. Jackson, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock, and Matt Bomer all have similar looks, and guest stars like Max Greenfield and Darren Criss are really not too far off, either. Even Evan Peters is going for a different look with a darker hair color this season. If these guys are all somehow descendants of Peters’ Mr. March, our head may explode.
