‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 5 preview: Is street art turning lethal?
Wednesday night’s new episode of “Criminal Minds” is the last one airing before Halloween, so you really cannot be that surprised that we are approaching a case that is going to have quite a bit of macabre flavor to it.
In the sneak peek below, you get a great chance to see what is a briefing for the latest case: Possible connections between a series of deaths and a prolific Detroit street artist, someone who was previously known for doing works that are based on protest, but had never been thought of as deadly. As Hotch notes, Detroit is already a city of tension, and the last thing they want is for something to continue long enough that the city starts to descend more into chaos.
By the time we make it to the end of this episode, hopefully we’re going to get a chance to see a pretty thrilling case that is much more than it initially seems. Also, expect a big story for Dr. Tara Lewis (Aisha Tyler) as some issues in her personal life are making it hard for her for balance everything going on.
We’ll be back on Wednesday with a full review for this episode, which is particularly-notable since it is being directed by cast member Thomas Gibson. Typically episodes directed by cast members tend to have a special flair to them, and when you combine that with Halloween coming up, we expect something particularly exciting to come out of this. We’ll have a full review up after it airs!
