‘Blindspot’ episode 7 preview: Jane and Weller are put to the test

On “Blindspot” so far this season, we have certainly seem the relationship between Weller and Jane play out in a variety of different ways. They’ve been hot-and-cold, but the reality here is that their feelings aside, she is an important person to the United States government and can ultimately end up solving many problems for them. Therefore, it always has to be about the mission first.

During next week’s new episode entitled “Sent on Tour,” it seems especially like things between Weller and Jane will be tested as they have not been just yet … but it could be the actions of another character that end up putting everything that the team has worked for so far into jeopardy. Take a look at the synopsis below:

“One of Jane’s (Jaimie Alexander) tattoos sends the team to a remote location where they find themselves face to face with a dangerous criminal in a case that puts Jane and Weller’s (Sullivan Stapleton) strained relationship to the test and threatens to expose Mayfair’s (Marianne Jean-Baptiste) secrets. Meanwhile, Patterson (Ashley Johnson) breaks the rules to solve a tattoo puzzle.”

For us, part of the fun of this episode could be seeing Jane and Weller in such a different setting than they are accustomed to. Sometimes, putting someone in an unusual place is all that you need to do in order to shake things up. Hopefully this story meets some of our expectations and then some when it comes to doing that.
