‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 4 video: Charming’s hero addiction
With Sunday night’s new episode of “Once Upon a Time” right around the corner, the show is ramping up their release of some various sneak peeks. The video below (first posted by Entertainment Weekly) is all about Prince Charming and Snow White, and to go along with that, we’re going to see the characters go through something that is a little bit comical and also a little bit sad.
The main subject at hand here seems to be the simple fact that Snow and Charming each have their own allegiances, and they seem far more willing to trust the person in their corner than the person the other person is telling them to trust. Specifically for Charming, he wants to continue to believe that Arthur knows what he’s doing. After all, he’s a king, and he certainly seemed to enjoy going off on some sort of dashing adventure with him.
But does Charming have an addiction to heroism that makes him in vast need of attending some sort of support group? That’s what Snow suggests, since she has had a conversation with Lancelot, who is currently in hiding and somehow still alive, who makes it clear that Arthur is not meant to be trusted. For the time being, we’re inclined to believe Lancelot, mostly because of the fact that if this guy fought this hard to not be dead, he clearly has some sort of motive and reason for continuing to fight the good fight.
We’ll be back tomorrow with a full review of “The Broken Kingdom,” but we’ll say that for now, this looks like it will be one of the most entertaining hours of the season so far.
