‘Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance’ episode 5 preview: More alliances and Woo paranoia
Is it possible that an alliance of five could really run it to the end on “Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance“? This seems to at least be something that the new Ta Keo tribe is considering (minus one member) in the preview that aired following Wednesday night’s new episode.
Of course, it’s a brilliant idea to make this pact, and then just try to get one or two more numbers to string along. It’s too bad for them that we expect another tribe swap to happen before we make it to the merge, which will bring everyone back down to two. Still, you look at that group, and there are a lot of super-loyal people; they could find a way to make something work over there.
This preview really did not give us much to work with, which is sad since we’re still mourning the entertainment icon otherwise known as Jeff Varner getting voted out of the game. He’s one of the most passionate, interesting players out there, and we almost wish that he had a third shot at this even if he’s never made the jury.
So with a lack of content, let’s instead ask a few questions:
1. Is Monica going to be able to find a way to get out Spencer? That seems to be her goal, but she’s going to need to convince either Jeremy or Stephen to flip. We’re not sure that will happen, given that Kelly Wiglesworth is someone they don’t seem nearly as close to.
2. Is Abi-Maria’s paranoia towards Woo going to continue to drive a wedge in that group? The one thing we’ll say is that Angkor may at least have a decent shot of winning a challenge with their current configuration; Abi’s not the best, but Woo, Tasha, and Savage are no slouches.
