‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 3 preview: Sylvester’s challenge on the prison yard

We love undercover missions, and we tend to love them even more when they are on a somewhat-comedic show like “Scorpion.” It’s a chance to have a little bit of fun with characters that we care about deeply,and there are certainly a variety of different ways you can throw them into the metaphorical fire.

So what could be coming for Sylvester in this episode? You’ve likely already seen the photo above, and heard the details that make it clear that he is going to be going undercover in a prison for the betterment of the team. What you didn’t see was him trying to confront the most notorious person in the entire prison yard. This is the subject of the sneak peek below, and it’s hilarious … even if it does not go particularly well for him. The part that is incredibly bad is when he uses the guy’s gang colors as a Kleenex after his allergies get the best of him.

Since we cannot see the show killing off this character during a story like this, someone has to help him, right? There’s a reason behind these actions, and while we don’t know everything just yet, we do know that this is an opportunity to see him start to show his mettle even more than we have seen so far.
