‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Waiting, waiting, and more waiting

Let’s face it: We are almost at the end of “Big Brother,” and that means for the most part, the live feeds are at a complete standstill. There’s just not much that happens at this point in the season when it all comes down to just one last part of the final Head of Household. Why would you trust a deal when you can fight to save yourself?

Ultimately, we saw nothing of substance almost the entire day for the remaining players, which is just about every bit as depressing as you would expect for it to be. Nobody talked a whole lot of game, and everything seems to be where it stands: Liz is content seemingly hoping that Vanessa takes her to the end if she wins the final HoH, since she’s not making too many deals to the contrary. Meanwhile, Steve knows that he probably has to win; while Vanessa has told him he’s safe, he’d be silly to believe that.

Most of today was spent in random activities, discussions of politics, and card games, which is certainly ironic given Vanessa’s real job. She has been nursing an injury since winning the first part of the final HoH, and has been taking medication as a result. The best thing Steve can hope for is that she is out of it somewhat come Wednesday night, but we doubt that this will happen.

We’ll be back tomorrow with some sort of other update, but for the time being it feels fair to say that you probably shouldn’t expect much.
