‘UnREAL’ season 2 spoilers: The timeline for what lies ahead

Earlier this summer, “UnREAL” did a pretty fantastic job establishing itself as a TV show worth watching, and thanks to that pretty-epic ending with Quinn and Rachel left alone and surrounded by rubble, it is fair to question what is going to happen next. See that photo above? It’s only guaranteed for now that two of the characters pictured are going to be coming back.

One of the reasons why this is the only thing guaranteed is simply because there is so little confirmed otherwise about the story ahead. Speaking per TVLine recently, all series star Shiri Appleby was able to pass along were the list of dates in which production was going to be going on:

“The only thing I know is that we’re going back to work in March, and the writers start writing in November.”

If March is the start time for season 2, then it may turn out that the show will be back on the air come the upcoming summer, after all. We weren’t sure if Appleby’s pregnancy was going to lead to any potential delays, but it’s great to hear that everything is going to be working out just fine.

Now, we are of course very much left to wonder what sort of show Rachel and Quinn are going to be working on next, and if they learned anything on a personal level from everything that did take place over the course of Adam Cromwell’s season of “Everlasting.”
