‘America’s Got Talent’ results: Will ‘Dunkin’ Save’ put Freelusion, Gary Vider, Uzeyer Novruzov into finale?
Fans of “America’s Got Talent,” we’ve made it. Wednesday night marks the final results show of the season (before the finale anyway), and to go along with that, this also marks the final occurrence of the Dunkin’ Save, where one act can earn an opportunity to save themselves live. Don’t worry, West Coasters: You don’t have to deal with this sort of stuff when we get to the finale.
Before the show, we predicted that Piff the Magic Dragon, Paul Zerdin, and the Professional Regurgitator were really the three locks to advance out of the eleven in contention. As for the rest, there was at least a little bit of ambiguity.
The acts in danger of going home are Freelusion, Gary Vider, and Uzeyer Novruzov. Get to it, Dunkin’ Save people! We were a little bit surprise to see Uzeyer made it to this point, but we feel like a big part of it had to do with the way that people felt after watching him fall. It’s a sympathy vote, but at the same time we know that his talent is there.
Now, let’s talk about those who are going through without the help of the Save. Piff the Magic Dragon is first, and there’s no surprise here. After killing it with his act this week, he was a lock. The same goes for the other two we mentioned; Paul and the Regurgitator are in fact safe!
Now, let’s talk surprises (or lack thereof). From the moment that Uzeyer landed in Dunkin’ Save territory, we had a feeling that he was going to be sent through. Gary joined him with the judges’ vote. There is a part of us that does want to say that Uzeyer doesn’t deserve it since it feels like a sympathy vote, but we will say this: He’s a circus performer. Singers, dancers, and even comedians have other TV venues. This is one of the few people who can call this his “only shot” and it’s true. Hopefully, it goes better for him in the finals.

im so glad 50 shades of dane finally got axed, they sucked this whole season aand kept squeaking through like the stinky farts they are. Time for them to cut their hair and go get a college degree, the genre of music they want to succeed in is oversaturated with pouty talentless little douchebags like them already. Same goes for the big bald guy who plays guitar, hes the definition of bland, something thats been done a million times already, by people who do it much better than him. If a music act were to win, i think the craiglewis band is far and away the most talented and unique of them all.
