‘Supergirl’ spoilers: ‘Peter Pan’ actor set to play Cat Grant’s son

The impressive guest-star list for “Supergirl” season 1 continues to expand today.

According to a new report from TVLine, actor Levi Miller, who is set to appear in the upcoming big-budget Peter Pan movie, is going to be appearing in at least one episode of the CBS series as Carter, Grant, the son of Cat Grant and an important person in her life. He is shy and in many ways the opposite of Calista Flockhart’s character. To go along with that, he also proves to have quite the fascination with Supergirl.

Show executive producer Greg Berlanti worked with Miller on “Pan,” and he explained in the following statement with the other “Supergirl” producers why he was brought on board here:

“We loved working with him so much on Pan, we were excited to bring him intoSupergirl‘s universe … He’s an exceptional young actor and a part of the Berlanti Productions family. It will be fun for audiences, who we know will fall in love with him as Peter in Pan on Oct 9, to see his range with his turn as Calista Flockhart’s American son.”

New episodes of “Supergirl” are going to premiere starting in late October, and the one thing that we really hope to see from the very beginning here is evidence that some of these supporting characters have more to them than meets the eye. Getting to see Carter Grant is going to be a good start to getting the Cat Grant character more fleshed-out.
