‘The X Factor’ UK spoilers: Who from last season is returning for another shot?

We’re sure that in reality, there are many answers to the question asked above for this “X Factor” article. There are many people who more than likely are desperate for another chance at superstardom, and there are probably some middling singers who have tried out for this show five or six times already.

However, Monica Michael is not a middling singer. She made it at least fairly far in the competition last year, but was eliminated by Cheryl Fernandez-Virsini right before the judges’ houses phase in the competition. We’re sure that we will hear things with her return this year that are akin to “I should have really kept you,” but we don’t really like it when the judges play up this sort of angle. Ultimately, we feel like you gotta go with your gut. If it was felt at the time last year that Monica needed a little bit more time in order to become a better singer as a whole, then the ITV series more than likely made the right move in choosing to not put her through.

Now, she is probably more prepared and motivated, and we could see her going pretty far so long as she shows some improvement in the earlier rounds.

Of course, it’s far too early to proclaim anyone a favorite before actually seeing any of the contestants perform. Auditions will start airing potentially later this month. You can see a new trailer for the series here, and while no premiere date has been set, speculation suggests that the show will be coming soon.
