‘The Fosters’ season 3, episode 9 preview: Searching for hit-and-run clues

Fosters -

Are we getting close on “The Fosters” to finally solving the mystery of the hit-and-run? We know that Stef and Lena would probably like to think that they are, but the reality here is probably that this is so much more complicated than either one of them is able to figure out right now.

One of the reasons for that is pretty simple, and also pretty understandable: They are extremely close to this case, and therefore very much invested in trying to figure it out. Sometimes, you can be so close to something that you have a hard time really seeing it for what it is, and you put together stories that you just hope are right because they at least make a little bit of sense. Then, you have someone like Mike, who does his part in turn to make it clear that this is only a theory, and there is really no proof in anything.

We do hope that the hit-and-run story is resolved at least at some point before we get to the end of the third season. While there is some entertainment to be had here for the most part, we do also want to see the show move forward and tackle some other issues. For those wondering when the new Jesus is going to show up, it’s looking like this will be a story reserved more for the second half of the season, which should air at some point in January.

Check back tomorrow; hopefully, we’ll have some more answers for you in the form of a lengthy review.
