‘The Fosters’ season 3 spoilers: First look at key episode ‘Lucky’
While “The Fosters” has not publicly hammered out every detail publicly when it comes to the third season just yet, we believe that it is going to run for 20 episodes, with ten this summer and then ten in the winter. With that in mind, we also believe that the August 17 episode “Lucky” is probably going to serve as the summer finale. Obviously, this is not a title you can really analyze too much by the name itself, other than saying that this may have a little bit of a hopeful tinge to it.
ABC Family is being somewhat-secretive about the story for this hour at the moment, but they have at least shared the following as a short teaser: “Amid tensions in their own relationship, Stef and Lena host a 40th anniversary party for Lena’s parents.”
Is it possible that Stef and Lena split up before the season ends? We hope not, mostly because they are at the center of this show, and if something happened to them we’d be very concerned about what would happen to all of the kids. The problem is that they really just need to sit down and take the time to get on the same page. It’s hard when they have so many different things that are getting in the way.
While there is no new episode of “The Fosters” on Monday night, you can head over here if you do want to get some other news on the upcoming August 3 episode! Maybe it is through that we will start to see some of the things that go wrong for Stef and Lena that bring them to be in this place.

I feel thing between Stef and Lena need to come to a head and Lena needs to tell Stef the truth about the kiss. Between Monte and her and maybe that would help them get on the same page. An Brandon needs to get over himself. All this fighting between eveyone needs to calm down. An Stef and Lena need tine alone to figure alk of this out. Someone needs to step up and take the kids for a weekend so they can have a date weekend to them selves.
