‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Lining up future targets; Audrey defies Have-Not rules

James -We are starting to figure that for the rest of the week on “Big Brother 17,” there is going to be a lot of time spent looking towards the future. Meanwhile, there may be almost no time spent on the present.

At this moment, Audrey is a lock to go home, and there have been no talks between anyone suggesting that keeping her is a good move. The fact that she has ostracized herself further from the house does not help. She hasn’t had any conversation of substance with anyone since skipping the Veto Ceremony and being back in the house. What fans online are mostly upset about online is that other houseguests are cooking her food despite her being a Have-Not for the week.

First of all, we should make it clear here that maybe this is a recommendation of a doctor to do so. We still do not know what is going on physically / mentally with her, and she does not appear interested in talking about it in the house. If Audrey is eating food just because she wants to, then it’s pretty lame.

Then again, if the worst thing that happens to her is a penalty vote and she knows that she’s going home anyway, is it really that big of a deal? If this is just all a game on her end we’ll just consider it a bummer that she thinks she doesn’t have to go through the same thing as other past contestants. For those who didn’t know, we discussed Audrey at length on Rob Has a Podcast yesterday. It’s possible that production may just be trying to appease her until Thursday, since otherwise it would throw the entire eviction show into chaos if she leaves now.

Let’s move on from Audrey, since as we said, there are some other interesting strategy notes from last night.

1. Jason, John, Becky, and Jackie had a long discussion last night about targeting either Austin or Liz next. They’re almost convinced about the twins after Becky overheard Austin telling Liz he would miss her. Jackie doesn’t like that Liz nominated her, and of course she doesn’t want two of them in the house. Jason thinks that getting rid of Austin would case many to scatter.

2. Earlier in the day Jackie and Meg also discussed nominating Vanessa and/or Steve. Austin seems to be the primary person after Steve, though.

3. Jason, John, Becky, and Jackie are very aware of Vanessa having deals with almost everyone, but she may be okay for the time being.

4. The real winners in all of this for now seem to be Clay and Shelli, who somehow may be okay thanks to at least some relationships with the likes of James.

We’ll see if anything more substantial happens throughout the day. For now, click here to see some other “Big Brother” feed news, and sign up now to get some more TV updates on all we cover, courtesy of our CarterMatt Newsletter. (Photo: CBS.)
