‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3 spoilers: Daisy Johnson gets another name and more from Comic-Con

Agents of SHIELD -You can call her whatever you want, whether it be Daisy Johnson, Skye, or now Quake. What really matters more than anything else is that she is awesome. Chloe Bennet’s character was the subject of one of few very tiny season 3 teases for Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” at the show’s official San Diego Comic-Con panel today.

At the end of the panel, a video played featuring Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen in the writers room, which is where the Quake tease came out, along with the fact that there will be a new ship known as the Zephyr One. There was nothing in this tease otherwise that was particularly a shock; even this was expected given that the Secret Warriors story is going to be one of the big ones of the early part of season 3. Suffice it to say, Bennet is going to have some really cool stuff coming up.

Most of this show’s panel was made up of really fun moments that prove that this cast really gets along well. There was a really funny blooper reel, some great cosplay in the crowd, and also Clark Gregg pretending to be angry when someone yelled “hail Hydra” in the audience.

Probably our favorite moment was Gregg after an eight-year old girl asked whether or not she could be a part of SHIELD:

“What we’re most proud of it at SHIELD is that anyone can run [it] and we have a number of very strong women who might be running SHIELD at some point.  Just from the few moments we’ve spent with you today I think, someday, you could run SHIELD … As long as you stay away from Ward.”

One of many reasons why this man is awesome: He totally gets the passion, and embraces the status that comes with starring on this show.
