‘The Walking Dead’ season 6: Are Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, more heading to Comic-Con?

More news -Would it really be Comic-Con at this point without an appearance by the cast of “The Walking Dead“? It would certainly be strange, given that they have been such a key part of the fabric of the convention even before it was a show. That’s what happens when you are based on the work of someone as popular as Robert Kirkman.

So of course, the cast and producers of the AMC smash will be back in San Diego next month to look both back at season 5 as well as ahead, and they’ll be getting Hall H (the biggest of the entire convention center) on Friday, July 10 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific time. In terms of the cast, be prepared to tentatively see Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Chandler Riggs, Michael Cudlitz, Lennie James and Sonequa Martin-Green all present there. As for the producers, you’ll have Kirkman alongside Scott M. Gimple, Gale Ann Hurd, David Alpert, and Greg Nicotero.

In this case, though, that’s not it! Spin-off series “Fear the Walking Dead” will also be present, and this event will turn into a two-hour affair. Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Frank Dillane, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Lorenzo James Henrie, Ruben Blades, and Mercedes Mason are the cast members who will be present here, as will most of the producers. Dave Erickson will be replacing Gimple, given that he is the main showrunner here. Chris Hardwick of “Talking Dead” will moderate both panels.

Typically, we get a good bit of new footage at these panels for “The Walking Dead,” and we imagine that this year really should not be any exception. We’ll have more news in due time, so be on the lookout for that.
