NBC’s ‘The Voice’ spoilers: What Joshua Davis, India Carney, Sawyer Fredericks, top 5 will sing

The Voice -We’re back with yet another edition of “The Voice” song spoilers going into Monday night’s new episode, and we get the feeling already that we have quite the jam-packed show ahead. Once again you are going to have a chance to watch the artists remaining perform two songs, though some of them are admittedly better than others. The pressure now is on the coaches to collaborate and come up with an interesting performance just as much as it is on the individual artist to deliver.

The following spoilers, as with every week, come courtesy of what is listed on iTunes.

Sawyer Fredericks

“A Thousand Years” – It’s a fairly current song for Sawyer, but to us, one that may sound a little too much like one he’s already done in “Iris.” We do want to see him diversify as we near the end.

“For What It’s Worth” – This is more what we’re talking about! We didn’t imagine hearing much Buffalo Springfield on the show this season.

India Carney

“Earth Song” – The Michael Jackson hit’s a tough one, mostly because it is so easy to turn screaming into shouting.

“Gravity” – We’re assuming that this is the Sara Bareilles song, which we do love. It’s a more emotional song than what India has done, and it emphasizes connection more so than big notes.

Joshua Davis

“When I Paint My Masterpiece” – This must be a play to some of the old classic-rock fans out there; we’re not sure anyone under the age of 25 has ever heard this song.

“I Can’t Make You Love Me” – Like “Gravity,” this is a song all about emotion. If Joshua can nail this, he has a shot at making it to the finale.

Meghan Linsey

“I’m Not the Only One” – Sam Smith? Everyone seems to love the guy on “The Voice.” Meghan is doing other genres, but we’re not sure this one fits here.

“Tennessee Whisky” – A great play to the diehard country fans out there. We weren’t even that familiar with the song until we looked it up.

Koryn Hawthorne

“Oh Mary Don’t You Weep” – A spiritual song that is more than a century old. If there was ever a risk, this is really it. Interesting move by Pharrell.

“One” – If this is the U2 song, we’re not entirely sure why it was chosen. For some reason, U2 on singing shows rarely ever work.
