‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 11, episode 23 preview: The latest struggle for Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith
The most notable thing about the sneak peek video below is just how well that she seems to handle the crisis. She doesn’t seem to let many of her emotions get the best of her, and remains as focused as can be on making sure that she gets there prepared to do the job. Will it stay that way? That remains to be seen.
While Meredith will of course be a significant focus of this story (it is hard to imagine anything else at this point), there are also going to be a few other valuable components to this episode, as well. Many of the other stories, including that of April / Jackson and Ben / Bailey, will have some more time in the spotlight.
Also, you cannot forget about Amelia here at the same time. She is in the process of going through her own journey after Derek’s death, and with her history of addiction and other struggles you have a definite reason to be worried for her safety.

Please, end this series. My wife becomes disappointed when I don’t watch it with her. The writing is so self-worshiping and the characters just too ponderous and self-indulgent to endure. I can’t even stand the actors, with the exceptions of the ones who play the head MD, the short black female MD, and the guy who played George. I especially dislike that Christina Oh and I never ever want to see her in anything ever again. Ever.
Was that a little too negative? Look, it’s either take it out the show or hate my wife — and there’s just no percentage in doing that.
I really do hate that Oh person, though.
