‘The Flash’ season 1, episode 22 preview: ‘Rogue Air’ brings in Robbie, Stephen Amell

The FlashThe final face-off between Harrison Wells and Barry Allen is coming on “The Flash,” but in order to make sure that he has the upper hand, the latter may need a little help from his friends. During next week’s all-new episode “Rogue Air,” we are going to have a chance to see Stephen Amell and Robbie Amell return for the first time in several weeks. While we’re not talking about “Arrow” in this article, we do hope that this is a sign that Oliver Queen is getting closer to discovering his old self now than he has been as of late.

Also, be prepared to see quite a bit of story from Captain Cold as he and Barry share a few awkward moments. Maybe this story will start to set the trail that eventually leads to the untitled spin-off show airing at some point next year. If you want to get some other basic news on what to expect, you can see the synopsis below:

“As Wells (Tom Cavanagh) once again gets the upper hand on the S.T.A.R. Labs team, Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes he needs to make a big move and reaches out to an old foe, Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller), for help. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) warn Barry that Cold can’t be trusted. True to form, Cold has his own agenda that involves the meta-humans trapped in the containment cells. As things seem to be going from bad to worse, The Flash gets reinforcements – Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) and Firestorm (guest star Robbie Amell).”

Whatever happens in this episode, just be prepared that there is going to be a finale is all sorts of epic, and may bring at least a temporary conclusion to the saga of The Flash and the Reverse Flash.
