Are there any more repeats of “The Big Bang Theory” airing the rest of the season? It does not seem like it. Early indications suggests that the 22nd episode of the season will air next week, and there will be installments airing all the way through until the season finale airs on May 7. There are three more episodes coming up beyond this one!
As for what you can expect over the course of the weeks ahead, let us tell you a little bit about what is not going to happen. For example, it does not appear like a Penny / Leonard wedding will happen this season (boo, hiss). Instead, the story for Kaley Cuoco’s character is a little bit more career-based, as she tries to decide if she will further along her acting career or stick with her job in pharmaceuticals.
Also, we would be surprised if the show chooses to introduce some other sort of huge storyline given the amount of time we have left. The stories we do imagine are more relationship-based, such as Raj and Emily, Sheldon and Amy, and whether or not Howard can fill the void left by the loss of his mother.
Typically, CBS chooses to unveil synopses for their new episodes in the days leaping up to them airing. As a matter of fact, we tend to have them a week before the next new episode. Hopefully, this means that one for next week’s installment will be coming sooner rather than later. Stay tuned for more on that.
