‘Criminal Minds’ season 10, episode 17 video: Watch a big Jennifer Love Hewitt scene

You likely have heard already that Jennifer Love Hewitt is pregnant, and you may have also heard at some point that it was going to be written into the tenth season of “Criminal Minds.” What you did not know until now was just how the news was going to be revealed on Wednesday night’s “Breath Play.” That is what the new sneak peek is for!

In the video below, you can see Kate Callahan in the midst of an emotional conversation with her niece Meg. Clearly, she is struggling with the idea of having a new addition to the family, since she has been the recipient of so much time and attention. Kate tries her best to assure her that while there will be changes, this is not going to be a replacement for the relationship that these two. While we cannot say with 100% certainty that this is going to be the scene where the pregnancy is revealed, it will be an important one nonetheless.

Based on the timing of Hewitt’s pregnancy in real life, we do think that she will most likely be around the remainder of this season, especially since the cast is typically a number of episodes ahead of the actual schedule. One of the larger mysteries right now is surrounding her co-star AJ Cook, who is also expecting her second child. It has not been made clear if her pregnancy will also be written into the series.
