‘The Bachelorette’: As Kaitlyn Bristowe – Britt Nilsson news looms, Andi Dorfman on the move

The latest -Monday night, we are finally going to get official confirmation regarding who the next star of “The Bachelorette” will be. We’ve been back and forth on this for a while. We thought it was Britt Nilsson the week after her elimination, but ever since the Overnight Dates, we’ve held steadfast with the belief that it will be Kaitlyn Bristowe. These are really the only two contenders, and we are leaning heavily towards the latter. After a season with more of a low-key leading many, we feel like they will really shoot for someone who is a little more off-the-cuff and silly. (Of course, we’ve seen now that Kaitlyn can also be serious.)

Executive producer Mike Fleiss claimed on Twitter recently (see below) that there was still not a 100% pick for the role. You can believe him if you want, but it really feels like the show to figure this out well before Monday. You have to make sure you have the woman in the building for the “After the Final Rose” special!

On a different note, we also found it interesting this week that recent series star Andi Dorfman has packed up her bags and moved to New York City following her split from Josh Murray. She recently shared some of the news on her move via social media. Are we particularly surprised by this? Not exactly. After all, it’s a chance for a fresh start, and there are chances for her to do something either in media or law in the city, depending on what she chooses.

For those of you saying that Andi could be the Bachelorette again, stop it. (Bonus points if you say that in Andi’s voice.) Not going to happen.
