‘The Walking Dead’ season 5, episode 13 preview: Sasha, shock and awe

More news -If you want to get a full sense of the contrast of “The Walking Dead” then versus now, you really do not have to look any further than the sneak peek below for Sunday night’s new episode. Perhaps better than any other clip, this shows you the full extent of how different life truly is within the walls of Alexandria.

From one vantage point, you see Sasha grabbing a gun, presumably to go out on a hunting trip / possible aggression killing given that she is still mourning the loss of two men close to her in Bob and Tyreese. To think, one of the townspeople actually asks for a boar leg to make prosciutto. It’s such a crazy statement for Sasha to hear, and we are not entirely sure that she even knew how to process the remark. Remember here that this is a woman who earlier this season was probably content with dog food. Now, she gets a chance to actually have some of the finer things in life?

If you are like us, you probably love prosciutto more than many other things in the world. It’s great as a sandwich with some thin bread, a little olive oil, rosemary, and some mozzarella cheese. However, we’ve never once wanted it from the standpoint of getting full. It’s more of a “let’s be fancy” meat. Sasha may be much more inclined to just get as much actual meat and subsistence out of whatever she kills as possible.

This seen has a certain element of drama to it, but it’s also rather fun. We are still enjoying to seeing how the other half lives in this currently-peaceful (but probably not for long) city.
