‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 15 podcast: Talking ‘Nanda Parbat,’ new potential spin-off with Jessa

Has “Arrow” delivered its best overall episode of 2015 in “Nanda Parbat”? We certainly think so, and this sets up what is a fun and lively new edition of our CarterMatt Podcast about the show!

In this episode, Matt Carter and Jessa go through the events that took place over the course of this installment, and that includes the huge shocker at the tail end of it: Ra’s al Ghul wants Oliver Queen to become the new version of the Demon’s Head! We are still very shocked by this, but at the same time happy that the show is taking such a big risk. Also, bringing Ra’s more and more around the other characters was a great way to ensure that some other loose ends are tied up at the same time.

Away from Ra’s, we also discuss whether or not Ray and Felicity were right to sleep with each other right now, what the implications are now that the Atom has taken flight, and also some other assorted odds and ends for Malcolm Merlyn, Thea Queen, and a variety of the show’s other characters. There is a heck of a lot to get to here! With that being said, this show is still doing a great job bringing the fun.

At the end of the podcast, we also discuss at length the just-announced spin-off that it is in development at The CW. We still have many questions regarding the characters and how this will work, but isn’t this the right time for theories to be shared?
