Is ‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 13 new tonight? First ‘Dark Money’ photo

Tonight on CBS, there is going to be a two-hour finale for “CSI” on the air. Unfortunately, this means that, yet again, there is not a new episode of “The Good Wife” coming on.

Is there a silver lining still in the midst of all of this? We like to think so. This has been at least a somewhat eventful week when it comes to news about the show! The network released their first synopsis for the show’s march 1 return “Dark Money” earlier in the week, and it told us that Colin Sweeney is returning for this episode! In this story, we are going to see Diane and Cary doing what they can to handle a case involving Dylan Baker’s character, while Alicia has some other important business to deal with: Securing an important donor for the State’s Attorney election. Legendary actor Ed Asner will be appearing in this episode as this said donor, and you are also going to see more of David Hyde Pierce as Frank Prady.

“Dark Money” is the first of seven new episodes airing this spring, and in case you are curious, the earliest that this show could feasibly air their season finale is on Sunday, May 10. While the future for “The Good Wife” beyond that is not firmly set in stone, we do believe that there will be at least one more season beyond this one. While the show does not deliver monster ratings, it has done enough over time to prove that it is worthy of some sort of proper ending.
