‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Phaedra Parks’ latest Apollo trouble

Even though Apollo Nida is about to enter prison on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” that does not mean that the drama is anywhere near coming to a close. As a matter of fact, we could even see it intensifying to another new level on Sunday night’s new episode.

Specifically, something happens that is going to lead to Apollo believing that Phaedra has been having a relationship with another man, and this has everyone talking. In one way and if this is true, it would not be a shock to learn that she would try to seek comfort with someone given everything that she’s been through, and the state of what is barely even a marriage at this point.

With that being said, this is going to spark an enormous conflict. Expect shouting matches aplenty, and while we’re not so much worried about Phaedra (this was filmed months ago, and we surely would have heard if something terrible happened), that does not make what she is going through any easier. This has to be a very uncomfortable situation for her.

While we know that we are going to see Apollo go behind bars fairly soon, there’s no guarantee for her that this will make her life all that easier. She is a woman trying to stay strong in a near-impossible time in which to do so, and she has our sympathy for that reason above all else.
