‘Hart of Dixie’ season 4 spoilers: Details on Rachel Bilson, Wilson Bethel, and ’61 Candles’

Hart of Dixie -It feels like there will be at least a few series on The CW that opt to go on hiatus during parts of the month of March, but luckily, “Hart of Dixie” is not going to be one of them! This is why we are very pleased today to offer up some further scoop on “61 Candles,” the upcoming March 2 installment (and the eighth this season) that is going to feature Zoe and Wade trying to figure out further how to prepare for the arrival of their children.

The interesting thing about this particular part in the season is that the drama is probably not going to be based on Rachel Bilson and Wilson Bethel’s characters at all. The title seems to be a reference to Brick’s birthday, and the story itself will have many twists and turns for George in particular. Take a look at the just-released synopsis via The CW:

“Zoe (Rachel Bilson) gets sad when she realizes she doesn’t have an heirloom to pass down to their child, so Wade (Wilson Bethel) makes it his mission to find something from one of their pasts. Brick (Tim Matheson) is disappointed when everyone forgets his birthday, so when Lavon (Cress Williams) and Wade invite Brick on a fishing excursion, he thinks he is being led to a surprise party. Lemon (Jaime King) and Zoe try make plans to have a girls’ day, but things do not go as planned. Meanwhile, George’s (Scott Porter) parents come to town and they are shocked by who he is dating and his new job.”

Hopefully, this episode will mark a great opportunity to see Zoe and Wade’s relationship blossom further, but also prepare us for what could be the end. The fate of the show beyond this season is unclear, and there are only two installments left after this one.
