Is ‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 13 new tonight? First photo

There’s some good news and bad news tonight when it comes to “Chicago Fire,” but let’s go ahead and start with what most fans probably do not want to hear: There is not a new episode on the air. Why is that? NBC is saving the next few to air during the February sweeps, and the one airing next week entitled “Three Bells” may be one of the biggest ones of all.

If you think back to the promo that was released a couple of weeks ago, then you know already that this is going to be the first part of the aforementioned epic crossover event with “Chicago PD.” The focus here will be on the investigation into Leslie Shay’s death, and who was responsible for the arson that ultimately caused it.

Unfortunately, most of the images tied to this episode (including the one attached to this article) don’t really have a whole lot to do with theinvestigation side of things. With that being said, this photo may be a part of some sort of other way to honor the character. With her sister coming to town, everyone from Boden to Severide could be feeling a little bit nostalgic.

Of course, with this show there is hardly a whole lot of time to stand still. Something is almost always going on, and that is something that this entire group has to prepare themselves for. We’re going to have some more news on all of this when it comes up, so stay tuned for more on that.
