‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ CarterMatt Podcast: On Geraldo Rivera, Kenya Moore, and utter madness
Monday night’s “Celebrity Apprentice” episode, to make a very obvious pun, went overboard on more than just one occasion. The task at sea may have been one of our favorite moments of the entire season, and it was not because of the assignment itself. Instead, it was due to the awkward dancing, Geraldo Rivera declaring that the war on terror is over, and Sig Hansen thinking that he actually had a “50/50” chance of winning the task by bringing in women wearing very little clothing.
This episode was ripe for great podcasting, and hopefully we lived up to the expectations with our latest episode. In this one, CarterMatt co-founders Matt Carter and Jessa trace through the entire episode from start to finish, and that includes trying to figure out if Geraldo really knew his Revolutionary War idea was terrible, and also if Brandi Glanville as Project Manager of her team was trying to sandbag Kenya by letting her perform her song during the show.
Eventually, we do talk about the firing of Sig Hansen, and a little bit of the second episode that led to the dismissal of Kate Gosselin. Admittedly, we were not anywhere near as interested in the second task, largely because its potential for silliness was far less than what we had from the first one. We were somewhat sad to see Kate go, though.

Leeza the only one who is a decent person on this show. I hope she wins.
