‘Shameless’ season 5, episode 3 preview: What makes Frank’s heart ‘burst’?

Is love blossoming on “Shameless”? If nothing else, we at least know that Frank can try to tell a convincing argument to try to get what he wants.

One of his primary dilemmas in the video is simple: He does not want to hop aboard an RV with Sheila in order to travel the world. With that in mind, he attempts to think up just about every convincing reason possible so that he does not have to do it. This includes a confession of sorts for the two of them to renew their vows, take a vacation here and there, and “nest.”

It’s always tough analyzing a sneak peek like this, mostly because there is always a little bit of context that you end up losing as a result of the way in which it is constructed. Still, we like the chemistry and the dynamic that exists between these two characters. It is a heck of a lot of fun to watch, and sometimes, this is really all we hope for when it comes to this show.

We’re going to have more from this episode tomorrow, but remember here that Frank will go great lengths to get what he wants, whether we are talking about an RV, or we’re talking about selling a house. For a guy who recently tried to craft the ultima weapon of beers, it’s surprising how many other skills he can bring to the table. If only he used his powers more for good than he did for evil, he could really be going places!
