‘The Flash’ spoilers: When will Captain Cold’s sister actually appear?

If you enjoyed the most-recent episode of “The Flash,” then you were probably really amped up by the big cliffhanger at the end. After all, how do you not get excited over seeing what Captain Cold’s sister brings to the table?

If you missed it, head over here to see what Peyton List is bringing to the table precisely this season. Let’s just say that she is no ordinary character. She will be appearing in the 16th episode of the season, which is also when you are going to see Nicholas Gonzales in the role of Cisco’s brother. Doesn’t this give the installment a real family atmosphere? Well, to a certain extent.

For a little more scoop on the latter casting, just see what executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said the following in a new interview with TVLine:

“We’re definitely going to see Cisco in his home environment, which is fun. Some of it’s based on the comic book work that Geoff Johns and Sterling Gates and I did, and some of it’s our own invention.”

Ultimately, we can only hope that finding out about these people adds to the overall excitement level of the show. We enjoy it very much, but we still feel like there is more here that can be mined that has not been already. We’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out moving forward.
