‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 14 video: Could Paige leave Emily for safety?

Early next month, “Pretty Little Liars” will return to ABC Family to air the second half of season 5, and there is a question that you should be wondering right now: Is it really possible that Paige could be gone from this world for good?

We have to start here by saying that we really would not blame Paige if she wanted to leave this world behind for good, mostly because of just how terrible Rosewood seems to be to live right now. When you think about Maya, Mona, Garrett, Wilden, Shana, and seemingly for a time Ali, everyone close to the Liars seems to die. Can you really be that shocked that there are people who would eventually go away? We are mostly just surprised that there are not more of them.

We would not take a look at this clip and automatically assume, though, that this is the end of the world as we know it for these characters. There is a heck of a lot of time still for things to change for all of them, and in many ways we expect for it to. There are still two full seasons left after this one.

Away from Emily and Paige, the show’s return “Through a Glass, Darkly” is going to focus very much on finding out if there is a way to prove that Alison was behind the death of Mona. As you would expect, trying to make this into a reality is going to be much easier said than done.
