‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ spoilers: Could someone have a happy ending?

So far, “American Horror Story: Freak Show” has really been that for the majority of its characters. We have witnessed hard times, sad times, and most of all disgusting times courtesy of people getting killed in terrible ways.

Is it still possible that we could see someone emerge from all of this with a happy ending? It definitely sounds like, at least based on what we know now. According to E! News, tonight’s winter finale could contain a “clue” for how this season could potentially end, and that may also include a “happy ending” for one of the main characters. We can certainly think of many who deserve one, but also a few others who do not. For example, Elsa has not exactly been a model citizen, and Dandy is quite possibly the most awful person ever.

There are some other things to look out for on Wednesday’s installment that are not anywhere near as pleasant, and they include a Pepper story that could break your heart into little pieces. Ultimately, we may understand more of why this character needed to go to Briarcliff, and death somehow seems to be a component in the mystery.

For those wondering about run time, it still seems as though Wednesday’s episode may run for only an hour without any overrun. It’s a crazy though, not having to set one’s DVR, but it may still very much happen. We’d still add another minute or two to be safe.
