‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: Prepare to meet the mysterious Lesley

“Pretty Little Liars” loves to have its mysteries, and it often does not matter if we are talking about main players, or people that we have yet to even meet.

In the context of where we are right now five seasons in, a character who we are really looking out for is Lesley. This is someone who has ties to an important character, and the twist here is that this character is no longer with us in Mona. To explain a little bit further about this woman’s importance, let us turn to what show creator Marlene King had to say to E! News recently:

“In the episode where Mona met her demise, she was talking to her friend Lesley on the phone that day and we finally get to meet Lesley … She comes to town.” 

It is hard to really gauge the character’s importance based on such a tiny tease, but we are happy that we are getting an opportunity to meet her. The truth here is that anyone who has a friendly relationship with Mona has to have some emotional baggage, since she is not the easier person in the world to get close to.

Therefore, we certainly imagine that Lesley could be a problem for some of the Liars; if nothing else, maybe she is akin to the survivalist known as Sydney. There are many people still in the picture even with Mona dead, and while the Liars may be desperate to prove that Alison is “A,” they may have a rather hard time managing to pull this off.
