‘The Amazing Race 25’ episode 9 preview: The worst massage ever

While there may not be a whole lot in the way of new programming on Friday night, there is some good news still for all of those who love “The Amazing Race“: A new episode will be airing soon!

This is one of the few new programs that is coming on the air, and as the remaining teams go to Singapore, a crazy episode full of challenges lies ahead. One of the craziest things seems to be watching some of the teams navigate over the city as seen in the video below. Of course, they are harnessed in so that nothing terrible will happen to them, but that does not keep fear from ultimately setting in for some of them. It’s no easy feat doing anything at this height!

Also, there is a dreaded “massage challenge” in here where teams are going to have to do something that is truly painful, and very different for Americans. Clearly, there is some sort of benefit to this in the end since people pay for it all the time in the area, but these are some of the challenges that we genuinely feel bad for some of the teams during. After all, it is legitimately painful, whereas so many other tasks are either just difficult physically or test some of your fears.

The two teams we’re worried about here are wrestlers Brooke & Robbie and “Sweet Scientists” Amy & Maiya, who have both been near the back of the pack for some time.
