‘The Walking Dead’ season 5, episode 8 (fall finale) preview: Is Emily Kinney’s Beth in danger?

Slabtown Beth -Next week, the end of the road is here for “The Walking Dead,” or at least the end of the road is here for 2014. “Coda” is the title for the eighth episode of the season, and that suggests an ending. Of course, there is some irony in the show opting to make a reference to music in the title, given how little a role music plays on the show as a whole.

So what can you expect to see take place here? Basically, things at the hospital are getting messier, and Rick (Andrew Lincoln) is going to do almost everything that he can to ensure that Beth (Emily Kinney) and Carol (Melissa McBride) are brought back into the fold safely. Unfortunately for him, this looks to be an almost-impossible task when you remember just who the man is up against.

You can take a quick look at the short synopsis for this episode below:

“Rick seeks a peaceful agreement when rules and morals are tossed aside by new enemies.”

The preview that aired at the end of tonight’s episode basically showed Rick in the process of the negotiation, but it did not make much of an effort to answer one of the other major questions we find ourselves asking right now: Whether or not Sasha is alive, or if she is doomed to die from her window-inflicted wounds.
