‘Glee’ season 6: Dianna Agron makes splash on AMAs red carpet

Dianna Agron is going to be officially returning to “Glee” for the upcoming sixth season, and we now know something else that we consider pretty great: She has also made her presence felt at the American Music Awards.

What was interesting about her appearance at the show Sunday was that she managed to become a trending topic all around the world on Twitter, and did it without even having to wear some sort of crazy ensemble that either showed a ton of skin or was made out of some bizarre material. It was a relatively simple black dress, but one that had her as the target of great praise all across the internet.

While it is not entirely clear just yet how many episodes that Agron is going to appear in during the final season of the Fox musical comedy, we do know for sure that she has done at least one installment already, and may have more coming up. The last we saw her character of Quinn Fabray, she was getting close again to Puck (Mark Salling), who had decided that he was going to go into the military.

Just a few days ago, it was officially revealed that the new season of “Glee” will start airing come Friday, January 9 with a two-hour premiere, and that it will also have a two-hour series finale that airs a little later in the spring. The show is going to be exiting Fox in an unusual matter, since we never imagined it being on Fridays years ago. However, at least it is getting the closure it deserves after such a big run.
