ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 4: Darby Stanchfield on real-life obsession with scandals

Thursday night, there is going to be a new episode of “Scandal” airing on ABC, and it will be one that hopefully answers quite a few of your questions. For example, could Olivia, Fitz, and Jake all work together to take down Command?

While these characters almost always have a huge role in the story, Darby Stanchfield has in particular had a huge role in almost everything during season 4. Her role as Press Secretary for Fitz has thrown her into the action, yet at the same time she has been kept in the dark about a few other things here and there. Unfortunately, this past episode she had to deal with an abusive ex-husband, who threw her life into all sorts of chaos.

This week, Stanchfield made an appearance on “The View,” and in speaking to the panelists, she discussed many of these storylines. Not only that, but she also discussed her upbringing in Alaska, her time behind the scenes, who on the set is the biggest prankster, and also how being Abby on the show has influenced her real life. She has basically become someone who focuses so much more on political scandals than she used to. As a matter of fact, she often finds herself critiquing many of them, and figuring out who is constantly in the right or wrong.

Hopefully, Stanchfield is going to continue to be fortunate enough to have great material.
